Course Fees

  • Enrollment Fee:$200.00 (If a student is doing volunteer only, please see below for the fees****)
  • General English Intensive (GEI – 25 hours per week) at ICQA: $3010.00 per week
  • General English Course (GEC – 20 hours per week) at ICQA: $290.00per week
  • Teaching Material Fee: $10.00 per week
  • Textbook Rental Deposit: $50.00 (Fully refundable when the textbook is returned)
  • Homestay Placement Fee: $200.00
  • Homestay Fee: $220.00 per week
  • Volunteer Placement Fee: $495.00 (1 – 8 weeks)***
  • Airport Pickup Fee:$99 one way (only when requested) $198.00 return (only when requested)
*Retirement Village – Extra Fee of $49.00 applies for a Police Certificate Application. This amount may be subject to change without notice depending on Australian Federal Police's pricing policy.

**Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary – Extra Fee of $90.00 applies for Uniform (2 T-Shirts) and Volunteer Certificate. This amount may be subject to change without notice depending on Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary's pricing policy.

***If it is more than 9 weeks, there will be a surcharge of $55.00 per week.

****If the student enrolls in the Volunteer program only, Registration Fee is $220.00 (Instead of Enrolment Fee $200.00) and Placement Fee is $550.00

Cancellation Policy for Volunteer Program

  • Enrolment Fee/Registration Fee – Non refundable under any circumstances
  • Cancellation charge on Volunteer Placement Fee
  • Cancellation less than 28 days before the agreed course commencement date – 100% ($495.00)
  • Cancellation 28 days or more before the agreed course commencement date – 40% ($198.00)
  • Application fee for Police certificate is none refundable since the fee is paid when the application is sent.
  • $90.00 (Uniform and Certificate Fee) for lone Pine Volunteer is only charged when the cancellation notice is received less than 28 days from the agreed course commencement date.
