Welfare and Counseling

ICQA has staff available to counsel students about study options after their English courses or to help students adjust to a different culture. If students have difficulties discussing their problems in English, we have counsellors who can speak some of the first languages of our students.  Feel free to talk to us if:

• you want to discuss your further study options in Australia.
• you are unhappy with your English course.
• you are unhappy with your teacher.
• you are unhappy with your homestay.
• you have any problems in your everyday life in Brisbane.
• you need any general information about your everyday life in Brisbane or about your leisure time activities.

We have been teaching overseas students for many years, and understand that sometimes it is difficult for some students to adjust to the new environments with different culture and language.  We are prepared to discuss any issues or problems you have and help make your study and life in Brisbane as pleasant as possible.
